Indulgent Moments Specialty Cakes is a high-class, small volume, upscale, cake bakery
founded on attention to detail and the finest all natural ingredients. Intended to be of a quality
much superior to "grocery store" bakeries, (superior in taste, texture, freshness, and
appearance), we take a "work-of-art" or "craftsmanship" approach to every cake. We craft
cakes for special events of all kinds from graduations and birthdays, to anniversaries and
weddings. The taste and quality speak for themselves not to mention the delight of our
customer's guests.

Company Story
Could severe asthma create a beautiful cake? Well, no. But it did help start a process that gave
birth to Indulgent Moments, Inc. Specialty Cakes. As an 18-year-old working on the landscape
crew at a college in East Texas, I was assigned to trim a veritable jungle of weeds from around
a building using a power trimmer. The ensuing allergic reaction took me out of landscaping and
into the college food service department. There I apprenticed under an accomplished baker.
Maybe it was his friendly nature, or his passionate approach to everything he did, or his
amazing ability to see raw potential in others. Whatever the reason, he ignited in me a love for
baking. As a craft, baking is a rare blend of technical chemistry and creative art. But at the heart
of it is an almost spiritual element of passion. When all that comes together, there is created a
trade that endures all ages, civilizations and cultures.
Throughout history the perfecting of a craft and the finding of identity by those who practice it,
has carried nostalgia and tradition like few others. It is that rich heritage that brings you Indulgent
Moments, Inc. Specialty Cakes--a company founded on a proud craft with the sole aim of
delighting both the pride and the palette. We want to enhance the memories of moments in life
that deserve celebration.
